Terms of Use

Welcome to Teen Patti Game, a new and exciting game. By using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

License

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Game for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Company.

Ownership

The Game and all content and materials included in the Game, including without limitation, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and other content and materials (collectively, "Content"), are owned or licensed by the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, prepare derivative works based on, or otherwise use any Content without the prior written consent of the Company.

User Content

You may be able to submit content to the Game, such as messages, reviews, ratings, and other information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Content in any media and for any purpose, including without limitation, promoting and redistributing part or all of the Game in any media formats and through any media channels. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the User Content and that the User Content does not violate any third-party rights or any applicable laws or regulations.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

a. Use the Game for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;

b. Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers or networks connected to the Game;

c. Use any automated means to access the Game or collect any information from the Game;

d. Harass, bully, or intimidate other users of the Game;

e. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;

f. Post, transmit, or distribute any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, or otherwise objectionable;

g. Use the Game for commercial purposes or in any manner that could damage the Company's reputation or goodwill;

h. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Game or its Content; or

i. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Game or its Content.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Game at any time in its sole discretion, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

a. THE GAME AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

b. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE GAME OR SERVERS OR CONTENT ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

c. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME OR ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE GAME.

d. THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE GAME SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO THE COMPANY FOR THE GAME.

e. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game or any User Content you submit.

Modification

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the modified Terms on the Game. Your continued use of the Game after the posting of the modified Terms constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms.

Miscellaneous

a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Game and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Company.

b. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

c. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

d. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.
